                    AVENTUS was founded in 2018 as a joint venture by the global market leaders HAVER & BOECKER and WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER with a clear goal:

                    To bundle the joint expertise around packaging lines for bulk materials, especially granulates, in one company.

                    You will encounter the end-packaged products everywhere in your daily life. The machines we manufacture fill bags with salt, fertilizer or plastic granulates, which are used to make items like dashboards for vehicles, housings for eletronic devices, insulation materials, window frames, and much more.

              We moved into new light-flooded and barrier-free buildings in November 2020. All workplaces, whether in production or administration, are modern and ergonomically equipped. Our ways are short. This applies to the physically short distances from Administration to Production, as well as to the decision-making channels. At the same time, we offer maximum flexibility, for example when it comes to mobile working or the individual adjustment of working hours, working days or the like.

              In our team of more than 150 highly motivated employees, everyone is allowed to think outside the box and contribute their ideas. This makes the daily job at AVENTUS exciting and varied, with many small and large successes in store.

                    Our Warendorf site is located in Westphalia on the Münster - Bielefeld railway line, roughly halfway between our two parent companies. The way there is short in each case, the next largest city Münster is only 30 km away. The typically Münsterland and agricultural surrounding countryside offers endless opportunities for cycling, rowing on the Ems or hiking in the nearby Teutoburg Forest - and in the horse town of Warendorf, riding naturally plays a very special role.

                    With our subsidiary NEWTEC BAG PALLETIZING, we have another attractive location in Illzach in beautiful Alsace, France, close to the German-Swiss border. There our colleagues manufacture the palletisers for bags, which are an essential part of any packaging line.

                    In addition, thanks to the global networks of our parent companies HAVER & BOECKER and WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER, we have numerous sister companies in Germany and abroad.
