                                            We oversee global exports and sales, driving growth by strengthening existing business, negotiating commercial covenants, and opening new countries.

                                            We’re a small, international team that thrives on both creative and analytical thinking. Our corner of the office features a giant world map covered in colourful post-its and giraffes – our mascot – which reflects the diversity and energy of the markets we explore. Each country presents a new challenge, and together we craft smart, high-impact strategies to bring Novalac scientific innovations to families around the globe.

                                  We present new products to the market, craft key selling points, and create value by coordinating transnational strategies in medical detailing, trade marketing, point of sale management, mass-market advertisement and digital promotion.

                                  Our communication team composes global mission statements, coordinates international events, and enforces global marketing guidelines. We update Novalac websites and social medias.

                                    * Consumer Service

                                  A team of dieticians and engineers specialized in nutrition work each day to satisfy all parents’ and HCP’s requests, focusing on babies’ needs and quality of life improvement.

                                  We answer parent’s questions regarding various subjects on baby’s feeding, and give them dietary advice. We also help them find the best solution for their child as each baby is unique and can sometimes have digestive disorders.

                                  We work with the R&D, scientific, packaging and marketing departments. So we have diversified tasks.

                                            Since my arrival, my dietitian’s position grew rich of several new functions. Today, I manage the advice to parents as well as pharmacists, complaint follow-ups, document formatting of our Novalac products composition, the evolution of formulas, the conformity of packaging as well as various projects in nutrition and packaging. This evolution of my sphere of action was possible thanks to our strong growth and to the trust granted by Novalac to their employees.

                                  The entire R&D Novalac team is composed of engineers. We work each day to obtain innovative formulas that are ever closer to breast milk which is our central model of research. To do it, we work in close collaboration with the quality, marketing and scientific departments.

                                  Novalac invests significantly each year in research and development to understand, innovate and anticipate in the field of infant nutrition.

                                  Our Quality and Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for setting up and implementing Novalac High Quality Standards, from suppliers selection to end products controls, and from regulatory compliance to consumers care, so babies can enjoy every day the safe, top quality product they deserve.

                                  The scientific department intervenes throughout the lives of products at Novalac. In connection with the Research & Development department and numerous French and international experts, aware of the latest scientific advances, our objective is to propose solutions adapted to the needs of infants, to improve their quality of life and that of their family.

                                  Our Export Coordinators are the backbone of seamless global logistics. They manage orders from reception to invoicing, orchestrating shipping and handling customs documentation with precision. Working in close collaboration with our Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Finance teams, they ensure that every customer on the five continents receives the best service, on time, every time.

                                  At the heart of our Supply Chain, we channel all our energy into meeting the expectations of the most demanding consumers: babies. Every detail matters, every process is fine-tuned to perfection because their well-being is our priority.

                                  With a dynamic « make-to-order » approach, we oversee the entire supply chain journey—from order reception to the sourcing of high-quality ingredients and packaging materials. Our meticulous workflow includes production tracking, inventory management, and rigorous quality control. At the same time, we anticipate and adapt to any regulatory, process, formulation, or packaging changes that could impact our operations.

                                  Creativity meets precision in our Packaging Department. Our talented graphic designers collaborate with business partners and suppliers to craft visually appealing and compliant packaging. They also oversee internal communications and cater to the diverse graphic design needs of our Marketing team.

                                            I work for the Packaging department here at Novalac as a graphic designer. Most of my work is tightly woven with a lot of other departments, as we have to create the artworks according to each countries’ regulations, the formulas and the specifications of each design.

                                            The big advantage of this post is the ever-changing aspect of the work, between creation and evolution, there is no time to be bored!

                                  The legal team’s expertise is called on for every project, working in an international environment and in various legal areas such as anti-trust issues, intellectual property law, food law, corporate law, commercial law and dispute resolution. In connection with the scientific and R&D departments, the legal team is also in charge of legal and regulatory aspects regarding clinical trials and compliance in order to secure and support the innovation which is at the heart of our company.

                                  At Novalac, we manage and control all the different steps of production, from sourcing to finished products.

                                  That is why working closely with R&D, Quality and Supply chain departments and the different manufacturing sites, we are targeting to buy the best ingredients or packaging materials at the most competitive prices.

                                  The IT department is in charge of establishing, monitoring and maintaining information technology systems and services.
