We supply the food industry in Switzerland and Europe with organic and non-organic specialty ingredients, and meet the growing demand for modern, high quality, safe food products.

                        Environmental Policy

                        To protect natural resources and minimize environmental impact, a sustainable environmental policy is essential. As an ISO 14001 certified company, it is the policy of Blattmann Switzerland AG to conduct all business activities in a manner that safeguards the environment, the health, and the safety of employees, partner companies, customers, and the public. As a member of the Energy Agency for Industry (EnAW), we have agreed a CO2-reduction path with the EnAW.
                        We are committed to taking on even greater responsibility in the future and supporting the food industry by providing sustainably produced products. We aim to achieve this through a consistent strategy, which includes increasing the production of organic products, valorising by-products from the food industry, and focusing more on regional raw materials, such as IP Suisse wheat and ancient spelt (UrDinkel).
