              Schils is a large, very professional organization. Still there is an enjoyable informal, family atmosphere.

              After working as an operator for about 8 years, I was looking for a new job opportunity that would be more related to my studies as an electrician. At the time there was an opening at Schils and I made the switch. Here at Schils I am able to actually use the skills that I was thought during my studies and most important I can keep improving my knowledge every day.

              I have been working for Schils for more than 27 years. From the beginning, I was given the freedom to build a solid customer base in the regions for which I am responsible. Throughout the years, there were ups and downs in the feed market, but we always found a way to work within this versatile market. Schils has developed itself as a solid, reliable partner in Young Animal Nutrition with a strong market share worldwide. I am proud to work for such a company!

              During my internship at the Marketing department, I evaluated and optimized the CRM system. I made a significant contribution, which to me is very important. A high degree of independence is expected, but there is certainly room for questions, support and guidance. Schils has a flat organizational structure, which allowed me to gain insight into many different aspects of the business community and within the company.

              Working at Schils means being in the middle of the action. Together with other departments, we plan and organize everything from getting the order, handling, producing and finally making sure the order is transported in a timely and correct manner all over the world. The lines are short and we are less dependent on other external parties. This makes the work very pleasant.
