                CollaPro™ - versatile range of functional ingredients

                  CollaPro™ is a versatile range of functional proteins designed for various meat applications. These ingredients offer essential functionalities such as superior binding, texture enhancement, and emulsifying properties.

                  They are sourced from 100% natural raw materials, including pork, chicken, and turkey. The extraction process involves only mechanical and thermal treatments, ensuring that these proteins can be used as clean label ingredients in any recipe.

                  With exceptional water-binding capabilities, CollaPro™ ingredients enhance product juiciness and improve yields. This unique water-binding effect also helps minimize moisture loss in finished meat products.

                  When blended with meat, CollaPro™ proteins expand and form a robust fibrous matrix within the meat structure.

                  In emulsified and comminuted products, CollaPro™ enhances cohesiveness, delivering a pleasant bite and texture. These properties also help optimize slicing yields, ensuring efficient processing and high-quality results.

                      CollaPro™ P-series

                        The P-series is sourced from pork skin and offers a range of functional proteins with varying gelling and water-binding properties, tailored for diverse applications such as injected meats, reformed products, and emulsified formulations.

                      CollaPro™ C-148

                        This heat-stable, semi-functional chicken protein is recommended for emulsified and coarsely ground meat applications, as well as low-temperature processes such as pasteurization.

                      CollaPro™ C-295

                        This is a finely ground, injectable, and highly functional protein derived from chicken skin. Use CollaPro™ C-295 to reduce purge and to improve yield and texture in fresh and processed chicken products.

                      CollaPro™ Turkey TF

                        Derived from turkey skin, this low-fat protein with outstanding functional properties is ideal for both injection and emulsification. It enhances yield and cohesiveness in both fresh and processed products.
